This squirrel knows how I feel

My first week of grad school is officially done! (Of course, 'done' is a relative term. I still have to be at school from 9am-6pm tomorrow.)

It's amazing how much can happen in a week. It feels like way longer than that. I guess when you hit the extreme highs and the extreme lows several times every day, it makes the days seem a lot more epic.

When Shannon and I were driving back home tonight in an exhausted stupor, I was thinking about something that happened last week -- until I realized that it actually happened this morning.

Time is definitely relative.
